Who owns you?

Stephan Kinsella:
The primary social evil of our time is lack of respect for self-ownership rights. It is what underlies both private crime and institutionalized crime perpetrated by the state. State laws, regulations, and actions are objectionable just because the state is claiming the right to control how someone's body is to be used.

The central question of all time has to be "who owns you?" If you do not own your own self, then who does?

Does the State have the right to tell you what you may eat? Smoke? Ingest in any way? May the State tell you where you must live? The job you must work at?

What rights do you have? Or, what rights "should you have" may be more like it.
